With the continuous improvement of urbanization level in China, there is a serious problem of unbalanced allocation of urban public service facilities. As the concentrated embodiment of urban physical and social space, urban residential space is increasingly distinct.Under the call of "joint contribution and Shared benefits, and universal health",promoting equal access to public health services has become one of the major goals of urban development.Taking Wuhan city center as an example, using the network crawl POI data, residential house price data and travel time data, studied the residential communities in different times at different levels to use different modes of transportation accessibility features of medical service facilities analyzed the different layers of the residential space accessibility of medical service. The results can provide references for the planning of medical public service facilities, public transportation and the housing purchase of residents.Firstly, this paper analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of residential communities in the Wuhan city center based on the housing price data extracted from the network, and then uses clustering methods to divide the residential space class and analyzes its spatial differentiation characteristics.Second,POI with medical service facilities and urban road data,on the basis of using the Internet map service to obtain the weighted optimal time fusion live traffic routes, establishing comprehensive residential area to hospitals and grassroots medical institutions more time OD time cost matrix, measure the different times, different transportation modes and different levels of accessibility of medical service, the accessibility of the characteristics of space and time and clustering features are analyzed. Finally, the equality of medical service accessibility was evaluated by using Gini coefficient and the result of division of residential space. Conclusions include:(1)Residential communities in the Wuhan city center are distributed along the Yangtze river, and the closer they are to the Yangtze river, the higher the distribution density. The residential communities on the right bank of the Yangtze river show an "L" shape, which is parallel to the distribution of the Yangtze river.Residential communities on the left bank of the Yangtze river form aggregation areas along line 6 of the subway, and the density is significantly higher than that on the right bank of the Yangtze river.(2)After eliminating some overpriced villas and mansions, the housing price in the Wuhan city center fluctuates between 6,250-45713 yuan/m2,with an average price of 19,610 yuan/m2.Based on the k-means clustering method, the residential subdivisions are divided into 6 categories, among which 2,179 are medium housing price and medium housing price, accounting for 63% of the total.Based on spatial clustering partition found that low prices offer residential space strata are mainly distributed in Hanyang,Hankou area between bicyclic-three-ring and Wuchang in the remote area, high housing prices offer residential space class mostly sand lakes-the area between the east lake in Wuchang and Hankou liberation boulevard along the liberation park,Zhongshan park, house prices more mixed zone are scattered in the three towns of Wuhan.(3)In terms of access to medical service facilities in residential communities,(1)accessibility of general hospitals by car: in the normal peak period and unblocked period, more than 80% of residential communities in Wuhan take less than 6 minutes to drive to the nearest general hospital, which decreases to about 75% in the weekday peak period. At the same time, about 2.5% and 1.1% of the communities in the weekday and rest day peak period, about 1 percent of the communities in the peak period and about 0.5% of the communities in the unblocked period travel time more than 12 minutes.(2)the accessibility of public transportation in general hospitals,no matter in the peak period or in the normal peak period, the travel time is the most widely distributed in the 10-20 minutes interval.Accessibility is generally good in the area within the third ring road, and poor in the urban suburbs outside the third ring road, especially in the lakeside area. The travel time of some residential communities in Wuhan software new city area to the southeast of the lake Luchu and the north of Huangjia lake is more than 40 minutes. The spatial pattern of the overall accessibility in the peak period and the peak period did not change significantly, but the accessibility in the peak period was worse than that in the normal peak period, and the accessibility in the rest day was better than that in the working day.(3)Walking accessibility of primary medical and health institutions, more than 91% of residential communities can reach community hospitals, clinics and other basic medical and health institutions within 10 minutes walking. On grading of the accessibility of regional residential district in most of the "very good" or "good",ranks as the "poor" and "very poor" residential area are mainly distributed in tricyclic or three-ring along the faubourgs(outside of the city, there are 26,38 village travel time more than 20 minutes and 30 minutes, the area are mainly distributed in Hongshan district in remote areas.(4)the comprehensive accessibility of medical services generally presents the spatial characteristics of attenuation from the second ring line to the third ring line, the level of comprehensive accessibility of residential communities within the second ring is generally good, the area with poor comprehensive accessibility of medical services is concentrated in the outskirts of the city outside the third ring.(4)Respectively from the perspectives of spatial and non-spatial clustering analysis was carried out on the accessibility of medical service, the space of clustering, found that high at residential area mainly distributed in the second type of old town, low premium residential area a large number of distributed in the three-ring faubourgs(near the city, residential area is mainly distributed in the second type of medical service type high at border with no significant area,no advantage within the main type of residential area.By using the non-spatial clustering of K-means algorithm,it is found that residential communities can be divided into 7 categories based on four types of accessibility, among which, the medical service accessibility of class 6 and class 6 is very good, but the latter is slightly inferior to the former in the accessibility and comprehensive accessibility of general hospitals.2,3 and 7 communities have poor access to medical services,of which 2 communities are mainly poor access to driving and walking,3 communities are poor access to public transport, and 7 communities are poor access to driving and public transport.(5)The Gini coefficient of medical service accessibility in the Wuhan city center is 0.37,and the allocation of medical service resources is in a relatively fair state.Under the premise of this conclusion,we further discuss the difference of medical service accessibility from the perspective of residential space differentiation.Combined with residential space class space clustering results show that the high house prices concentrated area/low concentration area general hospital and the accessibility of basic health service agencies in the proportion of "good" or above level difference is not big,but high prices concentrated area in the level of "poor" and the following proportion to significantly lower than low prices concentrated area, the characteristics in general hospital public transit accessibility and accessibility of grassroots medical institutions to walk on.Combined with the results of traditional clustering of residential space class,it is found that there is inequality in the accessibility of driving trips in general hospitals. The accessibility performance of low-price residential area and medium-high residential area is relatively poor, while that of ultra-high residential area is the best.In terms of bus accessibility of general hospitals, the relative price difference between the performance of low housing price and ultra-high housing price. In terms of walking accessibility of primary medical and health institutions, the frequency of "poor" accessibility and the following grade basically increases with the decrease of housing price.
