The Research On Residential Space Change And Restructure Of The Central City In ShangHai

With the urban economic development, the impulse of domain structure transit, and the innovation of the urban groud usage and housing system, the residential space in the central district of Shanghai is going through a great chang. LuWan is one of the central district in Shanghai, followed the urban development,residential space of Luwan has show the specific space shape in each stage since the 90's, especially the spatial structure has been obviously reorganizationed.It's the epitome of residential space change of central district in Shanghai.This dissertation is composed of six parts:Part1: Made clear the significance of this title selection,and introduced the status quo of domestic and international ,definited the research object and theregion ,designed the and method and thinking of the research.Part2: Through reviewed the development of the residential space of Luwan district before the 90's, this phase explored the change of residential space structure between 1992-1999 and 2000-2006 from the housing type and the inhabitant characteristic.Part3:Through the residential space expansion and optimization, the"regional rank"residential differentiation, and the inhabitant social structure reconstrction, this part summarized the characteristic of the residential space change and restructure since 1992 in Luwan.Part4: Through the multi-factors analysis and the result of questionnaire survey, this part analysed the dominant force,pull force and basic force for residential space change, furtherly summed up its relationship of the dynamism.Part5: This part put forwards the opinions about the developing trend of residential space by the rule of the residential space change.Part6: This part tried to resolve the interior rule about the development and variance of residential space in the urban central distrct with the viewpoint of system background, motivity factors, main action body, space taken and resident characteristic.Tried to find the problem of it and then give the advises for it. The second,third and fourth part are the key content of this dissertation .The second part not only analysed the change of residential space from macroscopic view,but also analysed it from microcosmic by the case demonstration.The third part summed up the change of residential space structure through a series of different thematic maps, such as land use contrast map, residential space pattern map and so on,then refined its static characteristics. The fourth part put forward that the motives mechanism is composed of the dominant force from police ,the pull force from city planning and urban renovation , basic force from market and inhabitant,furthly analysed the interaction of it.
