Since the spread of COVID-19 in the world,every individual has been affected to varying degrees in physiology,psychology,production behavior,living habits and other aspects,which has led to tremendous changes in all parts of the society.Among them,especially the offline performance industry,which is dominated by offline activities and characterized by crowd intensive contact,was hit more severely during the epidemic.This thesis collected domestic and foreign data to study the impact of the epidemic on the world’s social economy,especially on the impact of cultural and entertainment enterprises and how relevant enterprises operation and transformation,combined with strategic management theory,core competence theory and learning organization theory,and analyzed the current situation from the four dimensions of Nanchang B Company’s existing products,customer groups,organizational structure and financial management.Then PEST analysis method is applied to analyze the external environment of Nanchang B Company,and its political environment,economic environment,social environment and technical environment are obtained.The internal environment of Nanchang B Company is analyzed with SWOT analysis method,and its advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats are obtained.Based on the analysis,this thesis proposes that the strategic mission of Nanchang B Company is "the birthplace of Nanchang original music".The short-term strategic goal of the company is to optimize the current management system and business plan,and the long-term goal is to expand large venues,establish economic teams,lead the domestic performance industry and enhance brand value.For the four core departments of Nanchang B Company: music live performance department,catering and beverage sales department,new media operation and promotion department and business cooperation and expansion department,formulate specific measures for transformation and development.Finally,according to the current situation and the problems that may occur during the implementation of transformation and development of Nanchang B Company,the author puts forward corresponding safeguard measures.With the love for music and the expectation for the development of independent music,combined with the scientific analysis method,the author hopes that the proposed plan can make the transformation of Nanchang B Company successful,and can create and derive more commercial value in a sustainable way.Due to the singularity of the research object and the limitation of the research method,this thesis may have some limitations.I hope that the follow-up scholars can perform a more in-depth discussion and provide a more scientific and detailed plan for the transformation and development of music scene and Chinese independent music.
