A Study On The Management Of The Tomb Of Righteousness By Huizhou Merchants In Modern Times

As one of the representative merchants of the Ming and Qing Dynasties,Huizhou Merchants had made great achievements in commerce and philanthropy.All over the country,Huizhou merchants had established many charitable organizations,such as guild halls,charity halls and Coffin home.Since modern times,the number of Overseas Huizhou merchants has been increasing,and the number of people who died in other places has not been a small number.Associations,public offices,charitable halls and other organizations have played an important role in either laying coffins on the spot for burial or sending money back to their places of origin for burial,all over the guild hall,Charity Hall and other organizations have formed a more complete management model.Shanghai Huining Guild House is one of the representative local organizations.In view of the representativeness and uniqueness of Shanghai Huining Guildhall,this article is divided into six chapters:The first chapter introduces the general situation of Huining Guildhall.First,it introduces the General Situation of the development of the Yizhong Tomb,including its origin,development and perfection,and second,the origin,development,management and disappearance of the modern Shanghai Huiningsigongtang,it also explains why the Huining Guild House in Shanghai was chosen.The Second Chapter Takes Huining Guild Hall as an example to introduce the basic organization of the Guild Hall.First,from the management of the leadership,including the annual system,the rotating system and the director system behind it;second,the management of the basic personnel,including the personnel,rewards and punishments and supervision system set up by the guild for the mound.The Third Chapter discusses the funds management of Yizuka.First,the source of funds,with the income from donations,rent and other industries,and the continuous support of funds is the basis for the sustainable development of Yizuka;Second,the use of funds,mainly involving various aspects of Yizuka;Third,it mainly discusses the actual operation process,some special situations of funds management and their functions and effects.The Fourth Chapter discusses the complete process of the actual operation of Yizuka.The first one is the management of storing the coffin and burying it on the spot,the second one is the management of transporting the hometowns,and the third one is the management characteristics of the actual operation of Yizuka.In the fifth chapter,the management of Guildhall's Guildhall Graves is confronted with various problems,such as modernization,urbanization,state and society,and so on.The sixth chapter is to make a comprehensive comparison between the Huining Guild House in Shanghai and other representative Huishang guild houses in Shanghai,other merchants guild houses in Shanghai and the Yizuka of Huishang in other regions,in order to deepen the huining hall and the management of the whole Huizhou Merchants on Yizuka understanding,and generally summarized the management of Huizhou Merchants Yizuka characteristics,including advantages and disadvantages.Through the combination of individual cases and the whole,this paper tries to analyze and compare the management of Yizuka by Hui merchants in modern times,and gain a deeper understanding of this group: Firstly,Hui merchants and charity cause influence each other,and the investment of Hui Merchants strengthens the power of charity,the investment in charity activities such as Yizuka also promoted the development of Huizhou merchants.Secondly,Huizhou merchants had initially set up a charity network horizontally and continuously improved themselves vertically.Finally,the management of Yizuka by Huizhou Merchants Changed with the changes of the Times,they will encounter the problems of urbanization,modernization and the conflict between different cultures.While solving these problems,Huizhou merchants have formed their own unique management paradigm.Of course,the management of Yizuka by Huizhou Merchants,whether for charity,for Huizhou Merchants,or for the society,is of great significance,worth our careful study.
