With the improvement of the internationalization of Chinese,the society is on the increasing demand on the quantity and quality of international Chinese education professionals.Therefore,the promotion of the teaching development of international Chinese education is also receiving the concern and attention of the education community.The high-quality classroom teaching of MCTSOL(Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Language)is not only the lifeline of Chinese international education,but also the broad appeal of the development of higher education.Among them,the satisfaction of students in classroom teaching is also one of the important indicators to evaluate the teaching development of postgraduates majoring in Chinese international education in universities.Based on the students' development needs,this research studies the satisfaction of MCTSOL classroom teaching with the adoption of interviews and a questionnaire,explores the factors that affect the satisfaction of MCTSOL classroom teaching,and makes the corresponding suggestions.Because there is no perfect system in the field of MCTSOL classroom teaching satisfaction,the survey is conducted after the interview and then the questionnaire.That is,the semi-structured interview is used to determine and improve the questionnaire design,and then a large number of questionnaires are distributed.The interviewees for this study are teachers and graduate students of Chinese international education majors from Wuhan University,Central China Normal University,Hubei University,Hubei University of Technology and so on.15 students were randomly selected and interviewed.The questionnaire target is MCTSOL graduate students from various universities across the country.This research questionnaire is for MCTSOL graduate students in various universities across the country.The questionnaires are mainly distributed online to MCTSOL graduate students in the Chinese language summer group of Peking University.The total number of questionnaires is 540,and 516 were actually recovered.The effective recovery rate is95.6 %.It is found through the study that MCTSOL classroom teaching has low satisfaction in terms of teaching content,classroom settings,learning effects,and school management.The major reasons are reflected in the aspects of lagging teaching content,lack of attractiveness,unreasonable curriculum setting,neglecting students' actual development needs,scientific research ability,low social adaptability,neglect of study employment guidance,and fewer opportunities for peer internships.Finally,several optimization and improvement suggestions for the above problems are put forward:adjusting the teaching content and enhancing the classroom appeal;paying attention to the students' development needs and practice training;increasing scientific research investment and cultivating compound Talents;improving the employment guidance system and providing various subsidies.
