With the rapid development of China 's economy,there are " China fever" and " Chinese fever" in the world.In order to expand the number of overseas Chinese teachers,in 2009,the headquarters of Confucius institute set up a special scholarship for Master of Teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages for Chinese teachers in various countries.At present,the training of international students majoring in Master of Teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages is still in the exploratory stage.This paper investigates the curriculum satisfaction of international students majoring in Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages in Jiangxi Normal University by using the methods of questionnaire and interview,explores the influencing factors of the curriculum satisfaction,then investigates and analyzes the training program,and finally obtains the improvement methods for the training program from the students' curriculum satisfaction.The main research contents include:(1)the first chapter is the introduction,summarizes the background of the development of Master of Teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages,and puts forward the significance and purpose of this paper.This paper defines the concepts of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages,student's curriculum satisfaction,and summarizes the domestic research status,determines the research ideas and methods of this paper.(2)the second chapter,carries on the empirical research,and analyzes the classroom satisfaction questionnaire design,questionnaire implementation,questionnaire results of foreign students.The results show that:(1)in the dimension of teachers,teachers' classroom attraction of satisfaction degree is the lowest,teachers' teaching level of satisfaction degree is the highest;(2)in the dimension of curriculum,the internship content and practice mode and textbook in the school of satisfaction degree is the lowest,the highest satisfaction degree is curriculum schedule;(3)foreign students in school management,the overall evaluation is not high;(4)the study effect of foreign students for the course,most students have the confidence to become a Chinese teacher.(3)the third chapter,analyzes the results of curriculum satisfaction.The author believes that the reasons of curriculum satisfaction of foreign students as follows:(1)the teachers is the lack of understanding of foreign students,teaching content,the curriculum itself;(2)in the curriculum,the students Chinese level difference varies widely,the curriculum is difficult to balance;Improper curriculum arrangement does not adapt to the development of students themselves;Internship opportunities are few,the practice mode is single;(3)in the school management,the utilization rate of resources provided by school is not high,the school arrangement of cultural experience activities and school management is not perfect.(4)the fourth chapter,the training program of Jiangxi Normal University students combined with the survey results were analyzed.It is considered that there is still a need for improvement in the school system,the number of courses,teaching materials,internship,etc.It puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of the training program for foreign students.For examples,improve student-recruiting ways and try to control of the Chinese language proficiency of overseas students;develop internship mode and establish a professional teachers team.
