College Student Village Officials Participate In The Grassroots Public Cultural Construction Path Research

In the past ten years,in order to promote the construction of new socialist countryside and realize the rural revitalization,the state attaches great importance to the project of college student village officials,and has carried out and introduced a series of guidance activities and supporting policies for college student village officials at the grass-roots level,which makes the number of college student village officials at the grass-roots level in China increase continuously.By the end of 2016,there were more than 100,000 college students working as village officials in China.The construction of new socialist countryside involves many aspects,such as politics,economy,culture and society.Therefore,it is an important responsibility for the village officials at the grassroots level to participate in the cultural construction at the grassroots level and promote the development of local cultural diversity.However,at present,the development of grassroots rural areas is still centered on the economy,and cultural construction is relatively ignored,resulting in few opportunities for college students to participate in rural cultural construction.In addition,due to the influence of different customs and other factors,many college students' village officials will have an understanding and cognitive barrier to local folk culture at the grassroots level,and cannot effectively participate in the public cultural construction at the grassroots level.Therefore,it is urgent to seek the right path to promote college students' village officials to play their due role in construction and promote the prosperity of rural culture.This research is also of great significance.Based on the theory of public culture and the theory of cultural communication,this paper takes Yangshou town,Hanjiang district,Yangzhou city as a case to analyze the problems related to college students' village officials' participation in the construction of public culture.Firstly,based on the results of questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the present situation of college students' village officials participating in the cultural construction at the grass-roots level in Yangshou town,Hanjiang district.Then,based on the understanding of Yangshou town,the problems in the construction process are summarized and the causes of the problems are analyzed.Finally,an effective way for college students to participate in the cultural construction at the grassroots level is proposed.The Hanjiang district Yangshou town college students village officials to participate in the cultural construction has achieved some results,but the overall level is not high,the implementation is not in place,the form of cultural communication single,the cultural system is not perfect and other problems still exist.Therefore,it is suggested that college students' village officials and grass-roots governments can change their ideas,optimize the team structure,improve the cultural communication atmosphere,and vigorously organize and carry out cultural activities to promote the construction of grassroots public culture.
