In the process of consecutive interpretation between Chinese and Japanese, although interpreters are able to translate almost all of the speaker's speech correctly, they tend to overlook the problem of convergence between parts of speech.Articulation and coherence is one of the criteria for evaluating translations, and translators should focus on improving their awareness of articulation and coherence, and conduct targeted training in their day-today work so as to achieve articulation and coherence at the output stage of their translations. In the first chapter of this paper,we analyze the definitions of parts of speech and their articulation by previous authors, and the differences between Chinese and Japanese articulation. The Japanese articulation,on the other hand,is characterized by "adhesion",which means that the realization of articulation and coherence requires the use of successive words and adjectives to highlight the logical relationships in the discourse.Due to the differences in Chinese and Japanese articulation,in the consecutive interpretation between Chinese and Japanese,it is very likely that the listening of the source language is influenced by the negative migration of the mother tongue, thus causing problems of articulation in the output of the translated language. In addition, the author also categorizes Japanese conjunctions and conjunctive auxiliaries according to their logical relationships in Chapter 1,thus laying the foundation for the case study in Chapter 3.In this paper, through a case study of the author's translations in Chapter 3,two types of language continuity problems are summarized, namely, errors in language continuity and rigid language continuity, and the reasons for these two types of language continuity problems are analyzed..This is due to the misuse of Japanese words, and there are two reasons for the misuse of words. This is the result of the author's lack of awareness of language articulation and coherence,i.e.,the lack of note-taking and the negative transfer of mother tongues. The two different manifestations of a lack of coherent awareness are analyzed in detail in Chapter 3 of the text.In Chapter 4,the author proposes corresponding solutions to the above two kinds of language articulation problems. To address the problem of language articulation errors,we can conduct training on energy allocation and clever use of notation in daily learning, and to address the problem of rigid language articulation,we can conduct training on streamlined notation, repetition training and practice using adding strategies in the output phase of translation.Through this thesis, the author hopes to effectively reduce the frequency of this problem in Sino-Japanese communication through in-depth analysis of the causes of language articulation problems and targeted training in daily learning.
