A Relational Research Among Time Management Tendency, Degree Of Personality Maturity And Professional Values Of A Technical Secondary School Student

Occupation education is an important part of national education, along with thesecondary occupation education rapid development of technical secondary school students,some problems get more and more concern of the society. The secondary specialized ortechnical school student research is still relatively small, this study focused on secondaryschool students’ time management disposition, personality maturity and occupation values ofthe impact factors and the relationship among them.This study used random sampling methods of the specialized middle school students inShijiazhuang area, a total of380questionnaires were sent out. The study used a questionnairewith a self-designed questionnaire, Huang Xiting compiled " Adolescence Time ManagementDisposition Scale ", Xiao Ling revised " personality maturity scale ", and Ling Wenquanrevised " occupation values scale ". which used SPSS16.0for statistical data analysis.Research conclusion:(1) girls scored higher than boys (p<0.01) on the sense of time efficacy; increased withthe age, the concept of time of a secondary school student enhance (p<0.05); the secondgrade students’ time management disposition of each dimension is higher than the first gradestudents (p<0.01); family poverty students score more in non-deprived families on the senseof time efficacy (p=0.064); only a child of time self-efficacy scores lower than the morechildren in a family(p<0.05); introversion secondary specialized or technical school studentat the time of performance scores were significantly lower than those of mixed type andextroversion (p<0.05).(2)11.5%secondary school students is not mature,50.5%general,38.1%maturematurity; girls than boys (p<0.001); students under16years of age of maturity levels lowerthan other age paragraph (p<0.05); rural students’ personality maturity is far higher than thatof city students (p<0.01); the second grade students’ personality maturity above students ingrades (p=0.052); economic status on the secondary school students personality maturitywithout significant effect; only child personality maturity were significantly lower than thosein families with many children (p<0.01); introversion maturity less than other types (p<0.01); father ’s educational level on secondary school students’ personality maturityeffect (p<0.01), mother’s education degree on secondary school students personalitymaturity effect is not obvious.(3) the boys attach more importance to reputation (p=0.075), female students attachmore importance to health care factor and the development factor (p<0.05); students in citythink more deeply about the occupation (p<0.001). High school students pay more attentionto health factors (p<0.01); students in well family attach more importance to reputation(p<0.001), poor family students to pay more attention to health factors (p=0.065); healthfactor value degree of only one child is higher than non-only one children in a family (p<0.05), only one son has a more in-depth understanding on the occupation (p=0.064);introversion secondary school students on the development of understanding of the factorswas significantly lower than that of other character types (p<0.05); secondary schoolstudents parents with higher educational level, secondary school students in reputation andoccupation value scores the higher score.(4) The time management disposition of each dimension and mature exists significantpositive correlation (p<0.001); personality maturity and occupation values of the prestigiousposition dimension negatively associated (p<0.05); time management disposition have theforecast function to the polytechnic school student occupation values, furthermore, timemanagement disposition influencing time management disposition personality maturity,indirect effects of students’ occupation values.
