Since the reform and opening up,along with the establishment of basic economic system and the establishment of market economy system,the labor relations in China have changed deeply,and the system mechanism and policy of adjusting labor relations have been improved,and the harmony and stability have been maintained.We should also see that there are some contradictions in the current labor relations,and the contradiction between labor relations and the growing complexity of the construction of harmonious labor relations are facing a lot of pressure and challenges.After the outbreak of the international financial crisis in 2008,China's enterprises have been affected by many factors,which are faced with many difficulties,including small and medium-sized enterprises and labor-intensive enterprises.Enterprise production and management difficulties to stimulate the labor relations between the two sides of the contradiction,labor disputes,and many of the group of labor disputes,labor disputes involving the number and amount are constantly rising,not only affect the continued development of enterprises,but also the social stability has a certain impact.In recent years,the state attaches great importance to issues of labor relations,and introduced a number of policies,but Rome wasn't built in labor disputes are still the social contradictions.The author in Zhongshan City,Guangdong province engaged in labor relations for many years,in recent years involved in the handling of major groups of labor disputes,this article through the review of several major groups,supplemented by literature and data analysis,to explore the characteristics of China's current economic system of collective labor disputes,the reasons,and put forward countermeasures to deal with labor disputes.Through the study found that the main manifestation of the collective labor disputes in:one is the appeal to recover wages,also showed a trend of diversification;second is distributed in the majority of small and micro enterprises,construction enterprises,also Guantingbingzhuan enterprises can not be ignored;three is the overall expression of rational and moderate,but groups,tendencies intensified constantly emerging;management mostly controllable legible,but a few events processing more difficult;the fifth is the situation tends to be stable,but signs of some of the problems worthy of note.Labor disputes from individual rights disputes into the causes of group events are mainly:first,labor relations have become more diversified and complicated,enterprises respond to changes in the external environment is the internal cause of lack of improper labor disputes;two is part of the enterprise with strong position to harm the legitimate rights and interests of employees,is the main cause of labor disputes;three is the difference between employers and employees of the unequal status of interests,is the direct reason of collective labor disputes;four is to enhance staff awareness of rights,but the legal consciousness and occupation moral is relatively weak indirect causes of labor disputes;five levels of prevention work to resolve labor disputes still exist many problems and difficulties are objective the cause of labor disputes.But the most fundamental reason is that the current labor dispute handling mechanism has not been able to prevent the enterprise from the source to more or less the illegal behavior,thus also failed to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers.Therefore,based on the current situation,to improve the group labor dispute processing mechanism as the goal,the collective labor disputes disposal system multiple:one is to establish quickly mediation mechanism,in accordance with the law in accordance with regulations,proper disposal of group events.The second is to establish long-term early warning mechanism,to strengthen the judgments and to strengthen the contradiction and dispute investigation and early warning,and the third is committed to the transformation of government functions,accurate positioning,promote the construction of harmonious labor relations.In view of the collective labor disputes multiple prone situation,proposed that work and suggestions to further strengthen the labor dispute to the source of Governance:one is to grasp the fundamental,efforts to improve the relevant laws and regulations;second,grasp the subject,focus on enhancing their prevention to resolve labor disputes;three is to grasp the basic,efforts to standardize enterprise employment management;fourth is to grasp the guide,and strive to create a good atmosphere for labor rational Boyi.
