Police support staff,is an auxiliary police force in today plays an important role in a team,for the social security of a country plays an irreplaceable role in order to reduce the public security personnel working pressure,and can reduce the employment to some extent pressure many affected.Lack of grassroots police force is the root cause of an auxiliary police officer,police support staff in this historical reason emerged.Auxiliary police officers in different regions,provinces,cities have their own specific forms forms,characterizing the practice,police support staff has its unique position and significance in safeguarding social stability,and orderly development of both countries in recent years,much praise and praise of the masses of the public security organs.However,due to China's police auxiliary personnel management system late start,the system lags behind the reality,the relevant regulations are not sound,which seriously hindered the healthy development of police support staff.Police support staff to assist the public security organs to fulfill its proper duties of safeguarding national security,maintaining social stability,while lawlessness situation also occurred this has evoked a new social management issues.Therefore,a sound management system of police support staff as the main way to solve the new social management issues.At present,China has not established formal system on police auxiliary,and Western police auxiliary system already quite complete.Today the major trends in the world of police institutional development of police socialization,which itself has a social and non-administrative police support staff can be said that the construction of the new police in the form of tailor,and the West has been getting more police socialization Perfection.Therefore,the establishment of a police auxiliary system in China has been imminent.Therefore,this article focuses on exploring the problems of our police auxiliary system,and an example of Shenyang in China at Present status and problems of the auxiliary police,and raised questions about police auxiliary personnel management system on the question of how appropriate optimization,how to improve the management system of the incentive system.And to practice as a starting point,in the optimization process should continue to explore new ways to deal with new problems and issues,and expect to improve the Shenyang police auxiliary personnel management system to make it standardized development.
