Research On The Management System Of Police Auxiliary Personnel In China

Thepolice supportpersonnel,thatis,the "auxiliarypolice" and "co-alerts" we call orally in daily life;with the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous deepening of social transformation,the internal contradictions of the people have gradually become prominent,and illegal and criminal activities continue to be high.However,limited to the central government's strict control over the preparation of political and legal special projects,the current police force is not enough to meet the needs of society.In order to cope with the shortage of police force,local public security organs have recruited auxiliary police to assist in the work to alleviate the lack of police force.However,due to the imperfect management system of the auxiliary police,the identity of the auxiliary police is unknown,the enforcement authority is unclear,the management is chaotic,and the clothing signs are The problem of inconsistency has seriously restricted the regular development of the auxiliary police team.The whole society has a low sense of recognition for the auxiliary police.This has made it difficult to carry out the work of the auxiliary police and the function of supporting the police has not been effectively played.This paper starts with literature research and tries to further clarify the connotation and extension of the concept of auxiliary police management.By studying the historical evolution of the management of auxiliary police at home and abroad and the evolution of institutional development,the theoretical basis of the auxiliary police management system is summarized,the problems existing in the current auxiliary police management system are analyzed,and the countermeasures for these existing problems are put forward.It provides a realistic basis and theoretical support for the establishment and improvement of China's auxiliary police management system.This article is divided into four parts.Firstly,the research background and research status of China's auxiliary policemanagement system are analyzed,and the research methods,innovations and deficiencies of this paper are introduced.Secondly,it systematically discusses the basic theories of the auxiliary police management system,including the definition of the auxiliary police management system,the theoretical basis of the auxiliary police management system,the elements of the auxiliary police management system,and the management system and enlightenment of the extra-territorial auxiliary police;Thirdly,it focuses on the current problems of the auxiliary police management system,including the imperfect security system of the auxiliary police,the unclear work function,the loose management,the frequent crimes and the unreasonable mechanism of the exclusive police.Finally,the countermeasures for improving the auxiliary police management system were put forward in a targeted manner,including strengthening the construction of the auxiliary security police's job security system,standardizing the auxiliary police's work functions,strengthening the auxiliary police team management,and improving the auxiliary police's exclusive police recruitment mechanism.
