cause of social instability,immigrant groups became unstable groups in our country.To solve the above problems,the combinative oneself is actual,efforts by science policy guidance,perfecting the laws and regulations of the guidance,reasonable scheduling of funds,to solve the problem of reservoir resettlement.Look from the existing reservoir of late-stage support research,these results have focused in the field of economics,public management,sociology,etc,to study small and scattered law field.In terms of the law,the deficiency of research mainly displays in:one,less overall interests protection and research of immigration;Second,less research on immigration legal system;Third,the overall status of immigration law research is less.The research present situation reflects the research scope of legal cover in China still needs to be expanded,but also with the rule of law of reservoir immigration is directed to the contrary.So,it is necessary for us to legal research of reservoir immigration
