Research On Rural Left-Behind Elderly People's Quality Of Life And Its Influencing Factors

With the development of modern gradually diversified,rapid economic development,population flow speed,extended life expectancy and diminishing number of children a variety of factors such as the combined impact of the number of left-behind elderly increasing year by year in our country,scholars predict China's aging population will reach 300 million in 2030,and 90%of them are left-behind elderly family,namely the left-behind elderly population will exceed two hundred million.With the increase of age,the left-behind elderly each physiological function gradually decreased,and the lack of affection comfort for a long time,the heavy housework FuDanLiang etc make the left-behind elderly become the vulnerable groups in the vulnerable groups.Left-behind elderly problems and the other force,such as the establishment of the system of rural pension system,the government of rural old-age health issues such as economic bear ability,social groups on an aging society sense of responsibility,the construction of a harmonious society,etc.Thus the problem of rural rear old man is not only the individual problems of individual families,but also an important kind of social phenomenon and social problems.Gradually improve and enhance the left-behind elderly quality of life,coordinate economic development and improve the quality of the rural elderly life problem,is to realize the healthy aging in our country and the basic guarantee for the active aging target..The author in the related literature and on the basis of the analysis of investigation results,using the method of questionnaire investigation,interview,zhecheng county of henan province\"the township of rural left-behind elderly conducted field research,both at the local left-behind elderly living state.In this article,through the old hierarchy of needs theory of rural left-behind old people's quality of life of the material life,physical function,psychological function,social function on the detailed analysis of the four dimensions,and studies factors influencing the left-behind elderly quality of life of four dimensions as well as the factors influencing the left-behind old man for overall evaluation of the quality of life,what are the brief conclusion:1.All aspects left-behind old people life quality is lower than the left-behind elderly;2.The concept of "support" is out of date,old ideas of the" the more sons,the more blessings" is inconsistent with the results of the study.3.Emotional states,body activity ability,the level of respect,children take responsibility degree four aspects significantly influence the left-behind elderly overall evaluation of the quality of life.In view of the above results,this research mainly from the government,family and society three aspects to discuss the method to solve the problem of left-behind elderly quality of life,to the elderly enough to care and support,to form a social atmosphere,establish a special support left-behind elderly network system,to help the old man through,make the happy life in the new rural environment easily.
