China’s large population and limited land resources made people and land becoming increasingly prominent.Furthermore,various violations result in a large number of national losses of land assets.Performance of innovative land law enforcement and the effective investigation and prosecution for violations,therefore,which promote maintaining sustainable economic development and land resources utilization with good effects.In this paper,provincial statistical data for the investigation of illegal land use cases across the province in Fujian Province,including the combing analysis for the type of ownership and level,sub-regional;summarized the status quo and characteristics of Fujian illegal land use;combined with a typical case analysis violations explore the reasons for the violations occurred;based on analysis of the characteristics and causes of illegal land-depth inspections,investigations,careful analysis of the law enforcement problem.Furthermore,some suggestions were madefor monitoring mechanisms on how to effectively inhibit illegal land use and improve law enforcement,which comprised specifically enforcement measures and the definite provisions of the law enforcement methods,increment of the penalties for violations standards,reform of land law enforcement and supervision system,improving the land law enforcement efficiency and the quality of the investigation of the cases,reinforcement for the protection of the law enforcement and supervision of land,amelioration of the fiscal and taxation systems,and performance evaluation system and to further build and improve aspects of the common responsibility of the land and resources law enforcement and regulatory mechanisms are discussed.
