Research Of The Highway Traffic Accident Early Warning Management System

Highway traffic accident can cause the traffic congestion for the highway is a full closure road and can seriously affect its capacity.For the highway management operators,traffic congestion and interruption and the maintenance cost caused by traffic accidents will directly affect the incomes.For the highway users,the traffic accidents are a big threat to both their lives and property.For the traffic management department,the traffic accidents must be taken care of as soon as possible which will inevitably cost a lot of manpower and society resources and also a lot of pressure.Therefore,both the highway management operators,the highway users and the the traffic management department are all willing to minimize the occurrence of traffic accidents.To lower the incidence of traffic accidents and damage level,the research of the highway traffic accident early warning system has to be the key of the highway traffic management.Based on the practical application in the traffic management,this paper studies research on the highway traffic accident early warning system.Chapter one,clarify the importance and necessity of establishing the early warning system,summarize and analyze the research situation of highway traffic accident early warning management at home and abroad,which can provide the basis and reference for further research on the early warning system suitable for highway traffic accidents in China.Chapter two,clarify several main concepts,sort out the cause of the accident theory,system security theory and prevention theory used in this article.Chapter three,deeply analyze the form and cause of highway traffic accident.Introduce the impact of several factors such as people,cars,roads and traffic management for the highway traffic safety and how they can effect it.Chapter four,research the existing issues in the Chinese early warning management of highway traffic accidents,and further explore the causes of the issues.Chapter five,put forward the perfect establishment of highway early warning management system,emphasis on the function and principle of the fog active guidance and collision prevention subsystem,the meteorlogical monitoring variable speed limit subsystem and the LED variable induction subsystem based on the analysis of the causes.Chapter six,analyze the the leadership and organization,resources and technical support needed for the operation of highway traffic accident early warning system.The innovation of this paper lies in:(1)Analyze the highway traffic accident early warning management system in China,state the current problem situation and explore the cause of the problem based on literature research and field investigation.(2)Provide several advice for establishing a perfect highway traffic accident early warning management system----the fog active guidance and collision prevention subsystem,the meteorlogical monitoring variable speed limit subsystem,the LED variable induction subsystem and the system linkage mechanism,clarify the safeguard measures of system operation.
