Research On The Problem Of Mutual Support For The Only Child-lost Families In China

In the 1980 s,the family planning policy in China became a basic national policy in order to control the population growth.The family planning policy advocated that a couple having only one child and China became the first country to compulsory the intervention fertility.There is no denying that in the special era the family planning policy played an irreplaceable important role in ensuring orderly socialist modernization construction in our country.the family planning policy made remarkable achievements in China's economic and social development,greatly slowed the growth of China's population,improve the quality of economic development and reduce pressure on the social development.But as time goes on,the disadvantages of the one-child policy is gradually exposed.The Loss of Only Child Family is the embodiment of the family planning policy legacy.Due to irresistible factors such as natural disasters,many only children due to accidental death,the one-child family lost their only child and left the middle-aged parents alone.The Loss of Only Child Family is faced with many endowment,their pension problem in recent years has caused extensive concern of the society.Properly solve the problem of lost pension alone group,is the government and the national unshirkable responsibility and obligation.The first part of the paper will introduced the background,research significance of this study,the research key points and difficulties,research methods,etc.,and review and summarize the related literature were reviewed.The second part of this article studies such as the welfare pluralism theory,social support theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs on introduction and analysis of demand for loss alone group Defining the main concepts such as mutual pension,pension etc.The third part loss alone group in China's current situation and facing the dilemma of pension from the state of the economy,and mental state,lack of care for analysis.The fourth part analyzes the feasibility of mutual implementation support loss alone group.The fifth part introduces the more successful experience at home and abroad,in order to achieve our mutual loss alone group support for reference.The sixth part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
