Community Policing Work Research-the National Minority Community In Xining East Area For Example

The pattern of community policing is a result of the change of the times,which is a kind of policing thought and model proposed by the Western Police in 1960 s.Its remarkable characteristic is that the traditional management rises to the level of the service,and the service is the target of the work.The public security organs as government departments,should take the initiative to meet the needs of the development of market economy,to create a good environment for the security and stability of social and economic development at the same time,all from the "people-oriented" approach,to provide quality services.At the end of last century,in the end of the last century,in the summary of the experience of the mode of social security since the founding of our country,the concept of the introduction of community policing,and in 2001 formally proposed the construction of community policing strategy.Because our country has a large population,the regional distribution is complex,there are great differences in the customs and habits of different ethnic groups,community policing work must be adapted to local conditions,to achieve the desired results.This article through to the east area of Xining city(ethnic communities)of community policing system,pointed out that in the area of minority police work in community policing work to stay in the tube,light type anti problems,fewer aspects of minority police;analysis of reasons problems,combined with the characteristics of police work and the goal of ethnic communities and on this basis,put forward the update policing idea,improve the quality of police,improve relations between the police and other countermeasures...
