Study On Pension Dilemma And Alleviation Countermeasures For Old Migrant Workers In China

As the first generation of migrant workers,the old migrant workers are 50 or older,who are about to reach or have reached the age of retirement.Though They made a great contribution to the development of industration and urbanization,they have to face the embarrassment which both urban and rural areas are difficult to surrive in old age.Investigate its reason,in addition to the old migrant workers have their own vulnerability which makes it difficult to resist risk of pension,the lack of endowment security and endowment service supply system related to this group,the economic and social transformation have both contributed to this group of pension vulnerability,make them face serious pension dilemma.This paper draws 50 old migrant workers on the basis of the survey data,using the framework of active aging which called"health,participation,security policy" to summarize the pension plight confronted by migrant workers,and using the theory of vulnerability to analysis the reasons for the pension plight of old migrant workers,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and methods.The first chapter is the introduction part,this paper summarizes the research background,the significance,the domestic and foreign research review,research purpose and methods,the innovations and deficiencies of the paper.The second chapter concludes the basic concepts and theories,emphatically discusses the the connotation and definition of surviding old people and characteristics of old migrant workers,and introduces the fragility theory and active ageing framework.The third chapter analyzes the current pension dilemma of old migrant workers:the city is difficult to retain and the rural area is difficult to get refuged.The fourth chapter analyzes the reasons for pension dilemma of old migrant workers,conclude the old migrant workers,their families,relateing policy and supply system,market and social environment.The fifth chapter proposes countermeasures for pension dilemma of old migrant from 5 aspects:perfecting social security system,the innovation employment supporting measures,the release of land dividends,perfecting the rural social pension service system,and strengthening the social care and help for old migrant workers.The last chapter is the summary.
