Research On The Status Quo And Development Strategies Of Government Apps In Hubei Province

With the development of mobile Internet industry,Government-App has become a new public service model innovation after Government-WeChat,Micro-blog.Compared with the other modes of E-government,Government App has more advantages on fuctional services,it can strengthen the interaction between the government departments and people,meet the needs of the public when providing public services,then enhance the efficiency of the government.Government-App is an important part of the construction of service-oriented government.lt has fully grasp the new trend of the development of mobile Internet,new network technology and new network terminal to promote government's growth with innovation.This paper takes Hubei Province as the research object,analyses the current situation and the development of Government App in Hubei Province.Through this study,we can find that there are many problems during the construction of Government App in Hubei Province.Firsty,the Government App in Hubei Province is unevenly distributed.secondly,most Government App's version update too slow.Thirdly,many Government App doesn't bring customer good use experience.Fouthly,Govemment App has no many advantages when compared with other kinds of App.Fifthly,The government haven't built perfect management system.These problems have an impact on the Government App's service quality,and have against government's will when government invest too much resource on Government App.This paper has analyzed the construction experience of six excellent Government App and make proper suggestion for the future development of government App in Hubei Province.The suggestions are as below,government should pay more attention to Government App;update Government App timely;attach equal importance to App's content and function;build more comprehensive Government App;improve the management system of government App.
