Study, Based On The Concept Of Service-oriented Government E-government Construction

Based on the thorough analysis of Service-oriented Government, the research suggests that E-Government Affairs will be an effective way of improving Service-oriented Government development. The article reviewed typical theory and practices in the E-Government Affairs, use for experience of developed countries and areas about E-Government Affairs, then try to build E-Government Affairs which based on Service-oriented Government in order to help government organizations to make up contemporary performance gap and resolve the maladjustment.The foreword part clarified selection cause and meaning of this article, the domestic and foreign research actualities, also the innovation and shortage of it. In the first chapter, the paper made an in-depth analysis in order to clarify some conceptions of Service-oriented Government. Then, in the following second chapter, the paper clarified some conceptions of E-Government Affairs, include the acceleration and problems about it. In the third chapter, based on a general review on the domestic and foreign practice of E-Government Affairs, the article researched the reform cases in developed countries and especially in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The forth chapter is the core of this article, based on preamble, the paper furthered the theory discussion and proposed some measures of E-Government Affairs . Then as a conclusion, in the fifth part, the paper proposed several research suggestions.
