Exploration On The Service Mode Of Home Pension Integrating The Medical And Pension Services

Our country has entered the aging society in 2000,after then,the degree of aging and the number of sick elderly have been constantly increasing,but the level of medical service for senior citizens is not very high,and the medical resource is insufficient,these have brought a heavy burden to the sick elderly and their family.To alleviate the above contradiction,many places began to explore a variety of new pension model,the pension mode which can integrate the resources of medical and pension services emerged,and attracted more and more attention.In view of the fact that the pension mode which can integrate the resources of medical and pension services mostly belong to the scope of institutional pension in our country,it can only meet the needs of elderly people or family with higher paying ability,but at present,most elderly people would rather choose home pension.Therefore,giving full play to the advantages of home pension,explore a home pension mode integrating the resources of medical and pension services is the inevitable way to solve the health problems of the majority of ordinary elderly and improve the quality of pension servicesXiamen has entered the aging society in 1994,after then,The Government has always attached great importance to the construction and development of pension services,adopted a series of measures to improve the pension and medical services,and also achieved good results:pension services is top-ranked nationwide.Therefore,taking Xiamen as an example,research its home pension mode which can integrating the resources of medical and pension services,has an important demonstration significance.This paper analyzed and demonstrated the necessity and feasibility of the home pension mode integrating the medical and pension services,introduced the main practice and existing problems of Xiamen,and also put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
