Research On The Problem Of Rural Endowment In Xiangxi

Since the 90 s.China's urban population and rural population are generally rapid ageing,compared with the regular town worker who has endowment insurance.the rural elderly pension level is extremely low,the construction of the national pension security system cannot leave the balanced development of urban and rural endowment,therefore,the rural endowment gradually become the hotspot and focus of common concern to people.In the process of thesis writing,the author looked at the books on rural family endowment security resources,retrieve the China journal net and related articles related to the site,use the winter vacation time to do the field survey and the interview.Through integration of data analysis,under the guidance of professional knowledge to complete the basic structure of the article,in the meantime,my mentor gave me a great deal of encouragement and help.Through field investigation,combined with my understanding of hometown for many years,the author of xiangxi rural endowment situation from self pension,family pension and social pension three aspects to do a relatively comprehensive analysis,this chapter mainly describes the basic status of xiangxi rural endowment,using the survey data and combined with case interview,respectively from the self pension,family pension and social pension problem described in three aspects.In terms of self pension,mainly from the degree of the old man's life,health,and the three indicators to measure income source,and points out that xiangxi rural labor pressure is high,the low level of pension for the elderly,way of life is monotonous,the plight of negative mood;In the aspect of family pension,mainly from the old man's living condition and degree of children's filial piety is analyzed,points out that the west hunan rural endowment the existence of the plight of children dependence is strong,the concept of intergenerational conflict;In the aspect of social endowment,mainly from the new agricultural insurance system,new fanning system and community endowment three aspects carries on the analysis,and points out that xiangxi rural old-age lack of scientific knowledge of health,a diehard conservative,spiritual lack expression and communication.According to the present situation of the third chapter xiangxi rural pension combined with four research methods,this paper analyzes the current western hunan rural pension,family pension and social pension causes of trouble,and it mainly embodied in five aspects:First,the western hunan rural economic development lags behind,low level of financial investment;Second,the villagers'cultural degree is generally low,backward education idea;The third is based on traditional agricultural land safeguard function weakening;The fourth is xiangxi rural traditional patriarchal mode of filial piety culture;The fifth is the increasing bad atmosphere prevalent in rural areas,the causes of the rural pension problems are diverse,in addition to congenital disadvantage of local geographical economic conditions,both the reason of the absence of government responsibility,also have the cause of the development of innate and acquired xiangxi rural itself.Finally,in view of the reason why the author also put forward to strengthen the government responsibility,improve the basic rural social security system.Accelerate the construction of western human economic development,increase rural education investment;Implementation of the "filial piety" culture and family endowment moral indoctrination,changing the concept of pension;To strengthen the land safeguard function,improve the farmers' income;In transforming social traditions,foster rural five good social moral can enhance and improve the level of rural old-age xiangxi related policy Suggestions.
