In recent years,China's market economic system gradually establish and perfect,city changes a process to be accelerated ceaselessly,the importance of community governance in the whole social governance is more and more prominent.With the expansion of community scale and the increasing number of community residents,works of community management become more and more diverse,which has obsessed community managers,but inspired them to the scientific and effective management methods.The community grid management arises at the historic moment,and gradually become a trend of intensive-management with its ceaselessly innovation.Taking Liyuan Subdistrict Office of Wuxi Binhu as an example,with a mass of theoretical research and empirical investigation,this paper attempts to analyze the community grid management in Liyuan Subdistrict.Firstly,the paper starts from the basic concept of the community,the grid and the community grid management,introduces the basic theory of the new public service,the intensive-management and the polycentric governance,in the meantime,typical models of community governance at home and abroad and the development of grid management are expounded,and the successful cases of domestic grid management are listed.On this basis,the paper will carry out the present situation of the grid management in Liyuan Subdistrict in detail,and then point out its existing problems,and analyze the reason of its existence.Finally,based on the present situation and existing problems,the paper will purposefully put forward the solving measures and some corresponding suggestions from promoting "de-administration" in community governance,improving the public participation mechanism of community governance,promoting the information platform construction of community grid management and strengthening talents construction of community governance.
