Under the dual background of urbanization and aging,this paper studies the demand of Kunming Q community Aboriginal elderly population for community pension service and the provision of community pension service in the Q community in Kunming,It is found that the Q community forms a "hollowing out" phenomenon among caregivers in the daily life of the elderly,and the function of family pension is obviously weakened5 it affects the needs of the elderly in the Q community.And with the change of family income,and the formation of intergenerational economic separation between the elderly and family members make pension needs increase.However the pension service of Q community started less than two years5 everything is still immature,thus the pension service supply project of Q community is relatively lacking,and the content is single.This article takes the positive aging theory as the main research basis5 this paper from the three aspects of health,participation and security to analyze the pension needs and satisfaction of the elderly in the Q community,and From the perspective of active aging to analyze the construction of Q community pension service system.From the problems of the elderly care,the caregivers' "hollowing out"and “the advantages perspective” theoretical point of view,to point out the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention into the Q community pension service.The intervention strategy of social work from three aspects of "health,participation and security” is discussed on the practical and combine the actual work of Q community.it puts forward suggestions to perfect the construction of Q community pension service system from the point view of social worker.This paper puts forward some suggestions from the community level and policy level combined with the experience of pension service development at home and abroad.
