A Study On The Social Work Service Of The Community Integration Of The Migrant Elderly

With the rapid development of reform and opening up and urbanization,China has experienced unprecedented population migration and population mobility.According to the survey,young people are still the main force of the migrant population,with more young people into the city,settled in the city,their parents because of many factors tend to follow the flow of children moved,floating population by way of the original individual migration gradually to family migration,With the old people gradually into the public view of the community,The problem of community integration of the Migrant elderly is also highlighted.In order to study the community integration of the Migrant elderly,this paper takes the H community as an example,and summarizes the present situation of community integration of the Migrant elderly in H community.Among them,in the economic level,less difficult.In tenns of life adjustment,the biggest difficulty comes from the Adaptation to the amateur life,the following problems in the aspect of social interaction,community participation is low,the amateur activities way is single,the lack of interpersonal communication,and lack of community support.In the aspect of psychological a,daptation,Migrant elderly On trailing the overall life satisfaction is not high,the lack of new community identity and in the life of the general lack of self-confidence.On the basis of this,it is concluded that the Migrant elderly have a need to enrich amateur life,expand interpersonal communication and Boost their confidence.On this basis,the paper carried out the work of the group,using the theory of re socialization and social support theory,and discussed the effect of community service activities of the Migrant elderly in H community.Finally,reflection and suggestions for service activities.This paper analyzes the advantages of the group work from four aspects:the mutual help among the members,the professionalism of the service process,the connection of social resources and the community's concern for the Migrant elderly group,and this paper analyzes the limitations of group work intervention from this aspects:the lack of group activities,the lack of professional accomplishment of social workers and the mobility of the team members.At the same time,some suggestions areput forward in order to provide references for promoting the community integration of the Migrant elderly.
