The Research Of Government Governance Mode Of Zhengzhou Airport In New Urban District

With the advancement of urbanization process and the improvement of social and economic level,such urban diseases as population explosion,traffic disturbance,delayed effect of industrial development,environment deterioration put pressure on production and life style,which severely hinders the development of modem life.Under such a condition,different cities in China are developing and building new urban districts in order to ease the pressure of urban development,optimize the layout of urban development and vitalize urban growth.However,during the process of new urban district construction,new urban districts in China face a series of problems,and they are inadequate governancel mechanism.unbalanced integral development,weak industrial base and slow basic public service construction.The emergence of those problems indirectly reflects monocentric governance mode of traditional government can no longer adapt to the development of new urban districts under new situation and multi-governance of governance subjects becomes necessary in future new urban district development.The peculiar reality of China makes the government play an important leading role in the framework of multi-governance.therefore the research of government governance mode has theoretical and practical significance for Chinese new urban district development.Therefore,from the perspective of government governance and guided by existing questions,this paper takes new urban districts of Zhengzhou Airport as an example to analyze its government governance mechanism.On the basis of that mechanism,practical government governance mode suitable for the future development of Zhengzhou Airport will be constructed so that referential significance will be beneficial to other Chinese new urban districts.Specifically,main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Taking Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone as an example to make empirical study,this paper makes an analysis of the coupling relationship between Zhengzhou Airport and regional development,and makes SWOT analysis of the development of its government governance;(2)Defining the government governance subject of new urban districts of Zhengzhou Airport,exploring the logical relationship among government governance,analyzing the existing questions of government governance mode of new urban districts of Zhengzhou Airport;(3)Based on the analysis of government governance driving factor of new urban districts of Zhengzhou Airport,this paper analyzes government governance mechanism and its mechanism of action;(4)Led by existing problems,this paper constructs practical government governance mode suitable for the future development of new urban districts of Zhengzhou Airport.By the analysis of theory and practice,this paper holds that the future development of new urban districts of Zhengzhou Airport should construct a government governance mode,where the change of concept is the foundation,the promotion of the government has a leading role,market operation is the supporter,social participation is the key,mechanism management is the key point,and planning and coordination is secured,therefore a governance mode of network interactivity among the government,the market,and the society can be formed,which promotes the positive development of new urban districts.
