Since the reform and opening up,the urbanization of China has got a continuous progress,the core position of the city in the social economy has become increasingly prominent,and the urban system has become larger and more complex.Facing the complex urban system,the traditional urban management is difficult to resolve the needs of urban residents because of the singleness management means and the backward management system.On this basis,the Chinese government introduced digital technology and geographic information technology in the field of urban management,and popularize the digital urban management model in the national scope,digital urban management has gradually become the main mode of China's urban management.Digital urban management innovation to solve the drawbacks of the traditional urban management,to realize the full range of monitoring and management of urban management activities on the basis of digital technology,standardized management system,improve management efficiency,make the urban management service quality has been an essential improvement.The rapid development of digital urban management requires supporting the establishment of a scientific system of performance evaluation,found that the digital urban management problems and deficiencies of using performance evaluation system,based on Digital City in Wuhua District of Kunming urban management as the research object were analyzed to establish the index system of performance evaluation,and according to the Wuhua digital urban management and perfect performance evaluation index system put forward the policy suggestion.The main contents include the following points:The paper first analyzes the background and significance of this study,the related research results of the current digital city management performance evaluation is summarized,the research ideas and find a starting point of this paper;secondly,the theory of digital city management and performance evaluation of some sort,according to the characteristics of digital city management,determine the key performance evaluation method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as the research methods;then,the Wuhua digital city management of construction and operation situation investigation finishing,analyse the composition and characteristics,find the problems and deficiencies,laid the foundation for the next step to establish the evaluation index system of digital city management;finally,this paper from the comprehensive evaluation,service evaluation individual performance evaluation of three dimensions design evaluation index model,establish the evaluation system,and taking Wuhua District of Kunming City For the empirical research,according to the results of the study,put forward the improvement of digital city management performance evaluation of the development proposals.
