The land is the lifeblood of peasant survival, and the political identity of farmers and government has been spread around the land since ancient times. In recent years,as urbanization has evolved, industrialization has rapidly pushed farmers away from land and become landless farmers. This has directly effected farmers production and life.A series of problems triggered the conflict of rural governance, which has influenced peasant political identity.Research on it can provide some lessons for the party and government to deal with such problems an the background of urbanization, and according to a study of real cases, summarizing the general logic of peasant political identity. Before the rural land was taken, farmers benefited from the party and government's agricultural policy and other decisions that no longer endured stress, living standards were improved.Based on traditional political utilitarianism, farmers have continued to agree on high levels of the party and government, and political recognition has been rising.Taking away the land has lost the country's most ties with the party and the government, and has had some negative effects on its political identity. In the process, farmers began protect land rights, and to begin with land developers, the interests of local governments such as local governments and villages are playing. The contradictions caused the erosion of peasant political identity and the legitimacy of rural politics. As a case for the peasants in Luojia village, the author tried to regulate the behavior of the basic government improving interest structure and perfecting social security mechanisms, exploring how to rebuild the political identity of landless peasant.By the view of peasant political recognition in the Luojia village, farmers recognition of the party and government has undergone roughly a process of high-to-low.In particular, the recognition of the authority of local government decreases. The weakening of farmers political identity reflects its negative political psychology, which has raised difficulties for rural governance. However, unlike the conventional attachment to land, the political identity of landless farmers is constrained by many factors. And it began to produce transition from economic interests to democratic political recognition. The main reason for this change is that farmers ability to exercise and improve their citizens ability in the progress,it brought farmers political awareness conscious and civic awareness, which has made a new demands for the party and the government.
