Military officers selection and appointment of credibility is the behavior of army party organization selection and appointment of officers at all levels have officers and soldiers the degree of recognition and acceptance.Credibility is good,reflecting the majority of officers and soldiers of the army party organization trust.The credibility of selection and appointment of officers,improve forces as well as building a listening party command,can win victories,a fine style of the inherent requirement of the people's army,is also the important guarantee of training high officer team construction.At present,the reform of national defense and the army is pushed forward,a series of army officers policy faces an overhaul of the reform,army cadre selection is faced with many new situation new problems.To in Chongqing a forces to research and analyze the current situation of credibility for selection and appointment,explore the countermeasures to solve the problem,either for troops to improve selection and appointment of officers to provide beneficial reference to credibility,and use modern management theory to guide and improve the national defense and army building in the new period of positive attempt.On the basis of literature analysis,this study first compiled in Chongqing some army officers selection and appointment of credibility questionnaire;Then to the force of 185 officers has carried on the questionnaire survey,to evaluate the forces and judging,satisfaction with the degree of credibility in Chongqing is analyzed the status quo of some army officers selection and appointment of credibility;Finally,based on the perspective of organizational behavior are analyzed the main factors influencing the army officers selection and appointment of credibility and countermeasures are put forward.Main conclusions are as follows:(1)Compiled in Chongqing some army officers selection and appointment of credibility questionnaire;(2)In Chongqing some army officers selection and appointment of credibility is better in the global,and satisfaction is higher.But also there is a selection of policy science,reasonable selection mechanism is not enough,enough supervision system is not perfect,cause the forces of selection and appointment of officers credibility affected;(3)Through the literature and questionnaire survey,research summarizes selects and the assign,effective supervision and evaluation,comprehensive evaluation is the impact forces of selection and appointment of officers credibility four important factors;(4)Put forward strengthening cadre selection and appointment,feasible Suggestions of credibility,establish officers,normative evaluation,evaluation committee selects and the assign,perfecting supervision mechanism selection and strict organization assessment of five aspects,such as well is the main way.This study adopts the method of combination of literature and questionnaire,preliminary defining the relevant concepts of army officers selection and appointment of credibility,in Chongqing is analyzed the status quo of some army officers selection and appointment of credibility,and accordingly it has made the analysis of the influence factors of the status quo,improve countermeasures are given,for how to improve the credibility of units selection and appointment of officers has a certain guiding value.
