Provincial Discipline Inspection Station Supervision Pattern Existence Question And Countermeasure Research

Power and supervision go hand in hand with a long history.The stationing supervision plays an important role in China's power supervision system.Since the 18 th party,the anti-graft campaign has been recognized by the public.The supervision of the disciplinary inspection and supervision stationed institutions as a unique force,gradually to the attention of the central and social parties,in the national anti-corruption pattern plays a more and more important role.However,with the development of society and the depth of fighting corruption,the problem of restricting the effective supervision of stationing institutions is becoming more and more prominent.Based on the discipline inspection commission of guangdong province's provincial public security department team(hereinafter referred to as provincial public security department in team)as an example,described the disciplinary inspection and supervision system in organization development and the status quo,in-depth analysis in low agency authority and independence,the investigation of corruption cases,lack of power,corruption prevention effect to improve,team incentives are lacking,such as problems,deeply analyze the accredited institution reform is not thorough,system mechanism is not yet clear,the investigation of corruption cases interference factors,weaken the corruption prevention function,more deep reason accredited institution assessment mechanism to be perfect,etc.Based on the above consideration,this paper puts forward the gradual reform,gradually detachment stationed institutions and in the interests of the relationship between the department,making in institutional mechanism,promote accredited institutions form investigation corruption cases together,accredited institutions for the purposes of prevention first,combat is complementary functions positioning,strengthening accredited institutions corruption prevention function,improve company specifications,in appropriate optimization in organization management structure countermeasures,such as thinking,strive to improve the station supervision system and provide reference for party decisions.
