Research On The Transformation Of Government Functions In Building Economic

With the continuous development of the socialist market economy,as an important basis to promote economic development,the level of development of the building economy often reflects the overall economic development of a region.The development and advancement of the building economy can be carried out through a number of aspects,mainly related to the business office buildings,functional industrial coverage and related facilities.Building the economy through the sale of assets,foreign assets held by means of self to attract different industries settled,with intensive and convenient features,give full play to its advantages,through various forms of economic development area of economic construction,the formation of an economic pattern.In essence,the rapid economic development of the building is largely affected by the land policy,with the scarcity of land resources,how to integrate land resources,improve the utilization efficiency,has become an important topic of city economic development.The emergence of the building economy is to seize the key point,which has become the innovation of urban economic development,breaking the traditional economic development model.In order to better promote the economic development of the building,we must do the service work,as the main body to promote economic development,the government bear the main responsibility,the construction of public functions will affect the economic development of the building.Of course,there are still a lot of difficulties in the economic development of the building,in the macro level positioning,in the implementation of supporting policies,the core industry needs to be improved.Therefore,only by the government for consideration,reasonable allocation of resources,support and protection policies,in order to better promote the building of local economic development,and promote the economic development of the whole city.In this paper,through the study of government functions,public services,and other related factors,taking the Q district government of Shanghai city as a case,this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of the building economy in the region.Focus on the protection of the economic development of the government functions.And on this basis,put forward opinions and suggestions,which extends from the building economy to the transformation of government functions,through the transformation of government functions,and constantly improve the basic guarantee of economic development,promote the economic development of the building,to comprehensively promote regional economic development,improve the level of economic construction.
