Crime Scene Investigation is one of the traditional means of investigation in criminal investigation activities.It is of great importance to the crime of combating crime by finding the truth of the case,finding the clue of the case and collecting the criminal evidence.The current social contradictions highlight the high incidence of criminal cases,people for the stability of social order and living environment,the increasing demand for crime scene investigation and even the entire criminal investigation activities have brought great challenges.However,due to various factors,the current Crime Scene Investigation in China did not play its maximum effect should be played.Objectively speaking,first of all,with the advancement of our "trial-centered reform of the criminal procedure system",the facts and evidence of the case are more rigorous in the trial,which puts forward higher requirements for the quality of crime investigation.Secondly,the development of social science and technology and the expansion of people's knowledge make the perpetrators more and more anti-detective consciousness,and the methods of committing the crime and the methods of committing the crime have changed greatly.The traditional means of exploration can not satisfy the investigation of the traditional crime scene demand.Moreover,the efficient and efficient emerging high-tech detection means,such as video detection,technical investigation,network detection and so on,so that the traditional crime scene survey gradually marginalized.From the subjective point of view,the crime scene investigation itself has many problems that restrict its own development.Objective reasons can not be changed only to adapt,and subjective reasons can still be controlled,making the scene of the crime to reproduce the brilliant,we must break the crux of their own.Therefore,the author takes the crime scene investigation in C city as the breakthrough point,analyzes the existing problems and causes of the Crime Scene Investigation in our country,and puts forward the reform measures to improve the efficiency and quality of the Crime Scene Investigation.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into four parts,which focus on the second part and the fourth part.The first part consider C city as a model,combined with other provinces and cities in China related circumstances,analysis of the current situation of China's crime scene survey.This paper analyzes the four aspects of the investigation,the investigation object,theinvestigation procedure and the examination system from the crime scene,and carries on the demonstration to the analysis content and the result through the large amount of data.The second part is based on the first part of the content of the summary analysis,combined with the current situation of China's crime scene survey of the overall situation analysis,summed up the crime scene investigation of China's five major problems.First,the investigation of the main body of a large number of lost,the quality of the investigators is difficult to improve;second,large amount of exploration,survey personnel overload work,resulting in lower quality of exploration;third,the investigation procedure is not standardized;Forth,self survey and self idtification is significant;Fifth,survey method is untary,material extraction is not comprehensive.The third part analyzes the reasons for the above problems.First,form the perspective of managers,the annalysis of china's crime sence is facing only focus on perfomance and lack of implementation situation;second,from the perspective of the main body of the survey itself,summed up the technical staff lack of professional sense of honor,the work of the poor enthusiasm of the work of the crime is not the actual situation,And then,from the perspective of the law,the analysis of the subject of the survey,the identification of the main body of the legal
