Research On Grid Governance Model Of Urban Community

According to the new public management theory,the government's public policies and administrative procedures need to be in line with the values of justice,fairness and fairness,all should be in the public interest.Since the Chinese economic reform,China's economy has been growing at a high speed for a long time,the transformation of social and government functions has been accelerating.Opinions on strengthening and improving community governance in urban and rural areas issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on June 2017 proposed to create an evaluation result disclosure mechanism and a community governance evaluation system based on community residents' satisfaction,implement the Internet plus community action plan,which fully embodies the general secretary Xi Jinping's new strategy,new ideas and new ideas of governing the country,and becomes a programmatic document followed by community management in the crucial stage of reform.This research based on the background of reform of Chinese Community Grid governance,and based on the theory of government functions and the new public management theory,took the L District of W city in the south of Zhejiang Province as a specific case,and combed the development process of community governance model in L District,explored the shortcomings and reasons in the implementation of grid governance mode.On this basis,this research putforward some countermeasures and suggestions for further improvement and improvement of large grid governance mode.The research concluded that,L area large grid governance mode has been gradually established and improved,but there are still some urgent problems and shortcomings,such as grid governance structure is not perfect,the performance of the management team is uneven,the gridman's work style is not enough,grid management of law enforcement effectiveness is slightly lower,and the lack of grid management guarantee mechanism and so on.This research put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of organization,team,style,effectiveness and mechanism construction,hopes to provide reference for improving the effectiveness of grid governance mode and promoting the scope of implementation.
