A Study On The Synergistic Governance Of GC Community In Lufeng County,Yunnan Province

The Party's 18 National Congress proposed a new type of urbanization.Compared with the traditional urbanization,the new type of urbanization adheres to the people-oriented approach.Emphasizing that the development and construction of cities should be promoted by the path of population urbanization,which requires the new type of urbanization to be driven by the new type of industrialization and the principle of overall consideration to promote the development of cities and towns towards the goal of modernization,Building in a more livable direction.And it also calls for improving the quality and level of urbanization in all its aspects.In this context,the "village" community,the product of the new type of urbanization,is changed to live in the community.With the continuous development of new urbanization,the common administrative mode of community in our country can no longer meet the needs of current communities and residents.The demand of community and residents for community coordination management is becoming more and more intense,which makes the mode of community administration into a dilemma.Many communities in China have begun to explore more efficient community governance models,some of which have formed a primary form of pluralistic governance,the most typical of which is the autonomous model of Jianghan District in Wuhan City.This model advocates that the community calls for voluntary participation of residents in community public affairs,leads and guides residents to participate in public affairs,and insists that the internal affairs of the community are managed by the community independently.The government consciously administers according to law.This kind of autonomy mode coincides with the core idea of new urbanization,which is worthy of reference by the community.The purpose of this paper is to study how to solve a series of problems in the process of "changing from village to residence" in official community.By analyzing the characteristics of the community,this paper draws lessons from typical cases ofcommunity management: Shanghai model and Jianghan model.This paper constructs the community cooperative governance model of "village to residence",analyzes the existing problems and causes of the community by questionnaire survey and interview,and makes use of the established "village to house" community cooperative governance model.For the official community,"village to live" to provide solutions to the problem.
