Research On Ethnic Inter-embedded Community Construction Under The Background Of New-Type Urbanization

Since 2014,senior officials of the central government have repeatedly mentioned"promoting the establishment of social structure and community environment embedded by different ethnic groups" in the national work conference.The amendment to the constitution adopted at the first session of the 13th National People's Congress on March 11,2018 added new requirements for "harmony" to the current socialist ethnic relations.To strengthen the communication and integration among different ethnic groups is an inevitable requirement to consolidate and maintain the organic unity of multi-ethnic society and the long-term stability of the country.Under the background of new-type urbanization,the living space of various ethnic groups in multi-ethnic areas has been reorganized,and profound changes have taken place in the social and economic structure.Opportunities for ethnic contacts and exchanges in politics,economy,culture and life have increased.The construction of inter-embedded ethnic communities is beneficial to avoid inter-ethnic detachments,and enriches the idea of building harmonious ethnic relations in China at the level of practical values,so as to strengthen the organic social unity and promote the cohesion of national development.Firstly,this paper summarizes the academic discussion on nationality,intermingling and community.Secondly,according to the theory of inter-ethnic integration,inter-ethnic contact theory,community theory and other relevant theories,this paper defines and interprets the inter-ethnic integration community from the perspective of academic theory.Thirdly,from the connotation and characteristics of new-type urbanization and inter-embedded ethnic communities,the feasibility of the collaborative development of new-type urbanization and inter-embedded ethnic communities is demonstrated.On this basis,based on the current national distribution pattern and national cultural diversity,regional differences between the reality basis,fully consider the effectiveness of political power embedded and dimension,through carding the history directly or indirectly promote the exchange of national exchanges blend of policies and measures,and the United States,Singapore,Malaysia and other countries through the national administrative power is more or less involved in promoting the racially mixed and mixed,for China's current national mutual embedded community construction provides some experience and enlightenment;Finally,the logic thinking and path of their cooperative development are discussed.Under the background of the new urbanization together promote ethnic embedded community construction,it should be the new urbanization provide the impetus and gripper,through into the national mutual embedded in town planning concept of community construction,strengthen the national economies are embedded and build the common spiritual home for community management mechanism,establishing and perfecting the legal system safeguard,the innovation path to practice driving.
