Study On The Ideological And Political Education Of The Prison People's Police

The prison's people's police is the specific executor of prison management and an important part of the national judicial administration.They are responsible for managing prisons,carrying out penalties,and educating and reforming prisoners serving sentences.Since the party's Nineteenth National Congress,the state has further promoted the building of a well-to-do society in an all-round way,comprehensively promoted the rule of law,comprehensively deepened reform,and comprehensively and strictly controlled the party's strategic layout.The prison's people's police as an important judicial administrative law enforcement force under the leadership of the party not only shoulder the sacred mission of promoting the rule of law and administrating but also must be ideologically consistent with the Party Central Committee.We must consciously strengthen the theoretical study of Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era,pay attention to party spirit,and consciously integrate the principles of ideological and political education to the implementation of supervision and transformation work.Based on the mastery of relevant theoretical knowledge and the author's own work experience,this article first introduced the background,purpose,significance,domestic and international trends,and research methods of the research topic of ideological and political education of the prison people's;Second,the concept and development of the ideological and political education of the prison people's police and the particularity,importance and the new requirements for new changes of prison work are interpreted;After that,in combination with the questionnaire,the current situation of the ideological and political education of the prison's police officers,and the analysis of the achievements and existing problems,this article mainly focuses on the reasons behind the problem from the aspects of ideology,supervision status,assessment mechanism,and work intensity.Finally,the author elaborates on some suggestions on strengthening the ideological and political education of the prison people's police to further improve the ideological and political quality of them,which mainly includes improving prison people's police's understanding of the importance of ideological and political education,paying attention to the mental health of the prison people's police,cultivating the professional pride of this career,paying attention to the effectiveness of prison police ideological and political education,and establishing a good ideological and political education mechanism,etc.
