Research On The Development Of Community Social Organizations Under The Background Of Venture Philanthropy

At present,venture philanthropy has gradually become an important method to accelerate the transformation of government functions and promote social governance innovation.Community social organizations have many advantages,such as flexible operation and rapid response to undertake government functions through public welfare ventures and providing public services to meet the diverse needs of society.The funding and policy support of public welfare projects have also promoted the development of community social organizations,but also raised some new problems.Recognizing the current situation and solving the problems has become the important issue of the development and growth of community social organizations under the new background.This paper takes the development of community social organizations as the starting point,takes the P area of Tianjin as the research blueprint,puts the development of community social organization into the background of venture philanthropy,and studies the development of community social organizations under the background of venture philanthropy.The problem is proposed to improve.Based on the theory of empowerment and social governance,this paper comprehensively uses participatory observation,literature research and other methods to analyze the development and changes of community social organizations in the context of venture philanthropy,and finds problems in community society under the background of venture philanthropy.There are problems in the following three aspects: in the philanthropy venture system,there are problems such as paying attention to assessment indicators with ignoring the needs of residents,paying attention to short-term effects with neglecting long-term development,aggravating the unbalanced development of community social organizations,and irrational use of funds;Social organizations have problems such as insufficient credibility,weak access to resources,and inadequate internal governance mechanisms.In the external environment,there are problems such as lack of cultural genes,inadequate assessment mechanisms,and lagging institutional guarantees.It is urgent to strengthen the construction of support legal systems,to optimize the process of venture philanthropy from the government level,to increase investment in public welfare projects and community social organizations,to reduce government administrative intervention,and to strengthen internal governance from the level of community social organizations.It is necessary to strengthen cooperation with social work institutions,to explore sustainable development models,and innovative service models;from a social perspective,to raise awareness of community social organizations and actively participate in the building of community social organizations.
