A Study On The Construction Of Primary School Young Pioneers' Organizational Culture

The Organizational culture of Young Pioneers,which is the key to show the vitality of the Young Pioneers and to unite the power of the Young Pioneers,is the "soul" of the Young Pioneers.The success of an organization depends,to a large extent,on whether it has a successful organizational culture or not.It can be said that organizational culture not only an intangible assets of organization,but also precious spiritual wealth for an organization.This study takes primary school F,where author once interned,as a case study,and adopts the methods of literature,educational narrative,observation,case study,interview and so on.First,the author analyzes the present situation of this school's young pioneer organization culture construction from four aspects of the organizational culture of the Young Pioneers,namely,the system culture,position culture,ritual culture,spiritual culture.Second,reveal its successful experience and shortcomings,and analyzes the main causes of the problems.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to strengthen the construction of the young Pioneers' organizational culture.
