The Young Pioneers’ recognition of the Young Pioneers organization is the prerequisite and important basis for the Young Pioneers to carry out ideological education effectively.The Young Pioneers’ recognition of the Young Pioneers organization is the foundation and soul of the development and construction of the organization.Therefore,as the successors of communism,the Young Pioneers’ recognition of the Young Pioneers organization is particularly important.On the basis of the existing literature,this paper explains the research reason,purpose,significance,definition of related concepts,research methods and research ideas of the organizational identity of Young Pioneers and uses Cite Space5.8 analysis software to visually analyze the existing literature,summarize the research results and research hotspots,and carry out research evaluation.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 325 senior Young Pioneers in schools in Lhasa,Tibet Autonomous region,and SPSS27.0 analysis tool was used to analyze the reliability and validity of the data,so as to consider the reality of organizational identity of Young Pioneers,and put forward specific and feasible countermeasures and suggestions from the four aspects of cognition,behavior,emotion and activities.The results show that: at present,the level of organizational identity of senior young pioneers in primary schools in Tibet Autonomous region is high.Specifically,the organizational identity of Young Pioneers will decrease with the increase of age;the organizational identity of Young Pioneers will decrease with the increase of grade;the time of joining the team is different,the organizational identity of Young Pioneers is significantly different;the organizational identity score of serving Young Pioneers is significantly higher than that of non-serving Young Pioneers;the higher the mother’s education,the higher the organizational identity of the Young Pioneers.The organizational identity of Young Pioneers in the area is at a high level,and there is still room for further improvement.in the future,we should take cognitive identity as the focal point,behavioral identity as the foothold,emotional identity as the breakthrough point and activity identity as the power point.strengthen the Young Pioneers’ identity to the Young Pioneers organization in an all-round way. |
