A Research On The Blind Areas Of Anti-corruption Campaign Since The 18th National Congress

Throughout history and every regime in the world today,corruption is a universal existence.It is not only due to the selfish or greed of human nature,such reasons are more convinced that backwardness of social moral ideological construction and the imperfection of system and supervision mechanism.In the history of the evolution of China's political system,the rulers often had a considerable degree of understanding of the relationship between corruption and political stability,and had often attempted to eradicate the chronic illness.After the founding of New China,the central government took history as a mirror and fully learned the failures of the past regime.The anti-corruption struggle has never stopped since the birth of the regime.The anti-corruption blind areas mentioned in this article mainly refer to “hidden corruption”.The 18 th CPC National Congress proposed adhering to the Chinese characteristics of fighting corruption and advocating honesty,and called for the comprehensive promotion of the construction of a system for punishing and preventing corruption.In addition to the previous key areas,the issue of corruption blind spots has been focused,and corruption in the gray area has been severely curtailed.The tiger flies are free to drill.The depth,width,and strength of anti-corruption have reached a height.After the 19 th CPC National Congress,the anti-corruption campaign will continue to deepen.Therefore,it needs to put forward more new methods for combating corruption.In this context,this paper mainly studies the problems of corruption in China's corruption and the path of governance,in order to provide a certain reference for anti-corruption work.By sorting out strategies for responding anti-corruption,the paper analyzes and summarizes the nature,types,harms,and causes of anti-corruption in China,and further points out the impact on the international economic order and China's political system.Focusing on the different backgrounds of anti-corruption blind spots,discuss the dominant factors in their emergence;and explore the subjective and objective reasons for the existence of anti-corruption blind spots through relevant systems,laws,regulations,and industry guidelines.When studying the governance of anti-corruption areas,we will focus on discussing the source of the legitimacy of the governance of anti-corruption areas and the feasibility of the schemes,and discuss the positive factors in the current political system and economic system.Based on the case analysis,we explored ways to continue to deepen the governance of anti-corruption areas,including fully and comprehensively implementing the anti-corruption system,increasing the accountability,improving the three major aspects of the regulations on the management of corruption and anti-blindness areas,and the detailed construction of the organization.
