Research On The Role Of Rurali Culture In Rural Governance

General secretary Xi Jinping clearly stated in the report of the 19th National Congress that it is necessary to implement the "Village Revitalization Strategy." This move is a new conception and new strategy for the Party's rural issues.It means that we must continue to strengthen basic rural work and improve the rural village governance system.Governance is a new conception.It involves the government,the market,social organizations,and individual citizens in the management system to jointly manage public affairs.Although the government is still the main role of public governance,other entities can also participate in assisting governance.Culture is the of a country and a nation.In particular,with the emphasis on traditional Chinese culture in recent years,rural culture,as the soil of rural traditional culture,can play a unique role in rural governance.Moreover,excellent traditional culture also has its own governance characteristics.In this paper,we divide it into local material culture,local normative culture,and local expression culture,and explain the role of local culture in rural governance according to the corresponding cases.It is concluded that rural culture can play an important role in raising the villagers'political quality,solving old-age problems,maintaining stability in rural areas,or creating rural organizations and public welfare.
