Studies On "Network Group Events" From The Perspective Of Field Theory

The deep integration of the Internet and society makes the people enjoy the convenience of the Internet,while also using the network platform to express their own interests and value appeals,and organize and mobilize group action.People initiate network action or participate in hot topics discussion,resulting in the trend of Internet public opinion,forming "Network Group Incidents".The emergence of "Network Group Incidents",the violent expression of netizens' opinions,and a large number of requests for input have undoubtedly brought great pressure to the political system and government governance.At the same time,it has also triggered academic research on this social phenomenon."Network Group Incidents" implicates the evolution of the relationship between the public and the government,the society and the state.In order to promote the realization of the coupling of national governance and public expectation,improve the people's political identity and national governance performance,and promote the coordinated development of citizen participation,political civilization and social stability,We need to make a thorough study of the "Network Group Incidents",clarify the defects of the state governance system reflected from non Institutionalized Participation and expression of Internet users,and explore the feasible way to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.It is different from many previous studies,which was "take the matter on its merits"and based on the observation and judgment of the explicit representation of specific incidents to determine the nature and research orientation of events,resulting in the lack of concept definition under the guidance of theory and the theoretical reflection led by practical experience.This study,with the help of Bourdieu's Field Theory,firstly clarifies the family affiliation of "Network Group Incidents","Real Society Group Incidents" and"Group Incidents" from the conceptual relationship.From the longitudinal dimension of historical inheritance,the concept of "Group Incidents" has evolved into two sub concepts of "Real Society Group Incidents" and "Network Group Incidents".From the horizontal perspective of current development,"Real Society Group Incidents" and "Network Group Incidents" coexist in different initial field and evolution path,and redefine the connotation and extension of "Network Group Incidents".Secondly,the spatial evolution process and the field operation mechanism of"Network Group Incidents" are discussed.It is found that the evolution path of "Network Group Incidents" is divided into two interwoven closed loop channels,which are generated by the Internet users' posting production and the collecting and editing of media items as the starting point.The overall generation and evolution of the "Network Group Incidents"is characterized by the networking of single matters,the scale of network matters,the deduction of scale matters,the expansion of deductive matters and the integration of matters.The field of "Network Group Incidents" is a comprehensive network formed by the two party relations,the triangle relations and the multi angle relations between the event parties,netizens,the news media and the public power organs.The position contention of the parties,netizens,the media and the public authority have experienced three stages of the outburst period,the climax of the participants' intense control field and the retirement period of the actors.In order to effectively improve the standard of government to response to the"Network Group Incidents",this article considers that it is necessary to build information communication between governments at all levels and different governmental functional departments within the administrative system,to cooperate the linked "Network Group Incidents" between different departments and regions to cope with "Community of responsibility".The government should respond to the "Network Group Incidents" by focusing on solving the core contradictions of the original events,proactively providing the public with truthful,reliable and well-founded news,containing the magnified deductions of items to win the support and trust of netizens.At the same time,to prevent and treat the flooding of "canard of internet" and "cyber violence" in the events field,the government can coordinate major social platforms to implement an open and advance and retreat credit points system of the whole network,in which the platform user points are recognized by each other and clearly define the publishing permissions for netizens based on the rating points and standardize the activities of Internet use by netizens.Through the establishment of a benign interactive cooperation system between the three of government,the people and the network companies,it ensures the legitimate representation of reasonable and legal appeals of people,the effective resolution of practical problems,the exercise of citizens'legal participation rights and expression rights,the promotion of governance performance and authority of the government and the maintenance of public order in cyberspace.
