The young pioneers are the assistants and reserve forces of the Communist Youth League.It is a bridge and link between the party and the government to connect children with children.The standardization system of young pioneers is the key to further strengthen the cohesive force and centripetal force of young pioneers.It is an important plan for young pioneers to focus on implementing the basic tasks of young pioneers in the new historical period.The young pionee rs of standardization system building and construction is conducive to the orderly implementation of the organization and content to improve the school management practice of education management,promote the sustainable development of the healthy developm ent of young pioneers and school management in a certain extent;is conducive to improve the efficiency of the work of young pioneers,the young pioneers in strengthening scientific management at the same time,for the school to better adapt to the progres s of the times and the national organization provides necessary basis of development;is conducive to the majority of young pioneers workers to further improve the new social environment to bring the Young Pioneers work challenge,and brave to expand the innovation,efforts to strengthen their own cultivation,and strive to cultivate the next generation of the country do a better job.At present,the standardized construction of the young pioneers has a certain basis,but it has not yet formed a complete system.In order to further scientifically,standardize and standardize the work of young pioneers,consolidate the construction of young pioneers,we must establish and improve the standardization system of young pioneers.On the basis of combing and summarizing the research status of the standardization related fields of the young pioneers,the main research contents are determined.By defining the basic concepts of the standardization of the young pioneers and the young pioneers,the discussion of the foll owing is clearer.Based on the standardized theory,system science theory,from the perspective of the scientific management of young pioneers,the young pioneers organization system of standardization activities,standardization system,staff positions st andardization system,standardization system,theoretical research of standardization system were studied in detail,the standard construction of young pioneers system from the vertical and horizontal two dimensions,and then complete the whole system of t he young pioneers to create standards and integration.In order to understand the current situation of the construction of the young pioneers of standardization system more comprehensive,through reviewing the relevant literature and previous experience,q uestionnaire self-designed questionnaire and counselor version of the young pioneers version,and selected the Hunan province 4 primary school to conduct research,statistical analysis of the obtained 172 valid samples.Analysis of school young pioneers of standardization in organization construction,construction activities,work team construction,construction,construction and other aspects of theory there are problems to be solved.On this basis,the author analyzes the existing problems and causes,and tries to put forward countermeasures to improve the standardization system of young pioneers,so as to promote the scientific,standardized and standardized management of young pioneers.
