PPP stemmed from the nationalization of economy in British Government since 1657.Then,from 1970 s to 1980 s,the United States began to promote PPP in order to handle with the financial strain as well as decrease projects investment in public service and products delivery.Later on,Indian Government got its own authority and set off to establish “five-year planning”,so as to enhance the investment of infrastructure construction.From developed countries to developing countries,PPP has been exerting its influence all over the world,at the same time,it has been adjusted and modified according to their domestic practice situation.With the advancement of society,PPP shows its enormous advantages in easing the huge economic burden in infrastructure investment.In China,PPP is gaining its popularity these years,however,the private sector's position and its interest protection are always neglected by the public sector in the process of Public-Private partnership establishment.In the first chapter,latest domestic and international research status has been summarized,information relevant to the background,purpose,significance and goals of private interest protection in PPP projects will be explained as well.In the second chapter,this thesis explains the definition of PPP patterns,and displays several Chinese PPP projects failed in the early stage,then analyse and put forward to the question of private sector interest protection.In the third chapter,it tells the analysis of potential conflicts and relevant regulations on the reliefs of enterprises' interest when damaged or lost,consisting of the definition of private sector and current protection status.In the forth chapter,PPP experiences and protection rules in England and Australia will be introduced,in addition,common regulations between these two countries will be drawn relating to private sectors' interest protection in PPP contracts.In the fifth chapter,feasible suggestions will be made on the basis of Chinese conditions and international law-making.
