Research On Sustainable Development Of Non-governmental Organizations From The Perspective Of Resource Dependence

With the quickening pace of urbanization and the improvement of the living standard of the residents,the public demand for public services has been characterized by diversification and heterogeneity.Limited government for diversity and heterogeneity of public service supply ability gradually declined,folk public welfare organization as one of modern governance body to participate in public governance,good to make up for the insufficient of the government,as a new governance force boarded the stage of history.However,the development of China's non-governmental public welfare organizations is still in the preliminary stage of exploration.Among the problems of development,the sustainable development of the organization is the most prominent problem.The sustainable development of the folk public welfare organization problems mainly for the development of the organization lack of energy,short life cycle,before the strategic vision of achieving an organization's setting has stagnated,entered the organization in the development of "historical circulation".Based on the research of many non-governmental organizations in Qinzhou,Guangxi,it is found that the scarcity of resources is a key factor in the sustainable development of the organization.Resources are the supporting force of any organization's development and play a key role in the development of the organization.In this paper,through literature analysis and field investigation,combined with the resource dependence theory and organizational development theory analysis of Qinzhou of Guangxi folk public welfare organization of resources structure and resources supply main body status,think resource access to a single,talent resources are scarce,the lack of policy supply and other supportive resources is the main reason for difficulties in sustainable development of the folk public welfare organization.On this basis,the author puts forward corresponding policy Suggestions on the sustainable development of GuangXi non-governmental public welfare organizations in terms of organizational resources acquisition and organization's own professional management.
