Study On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Volunteer Organizations In Nan'an City From The Perspective Of Resource Dependence Theory

Volunteer service is an important manifestation of the spiritual civilization of a country's citizens and the foundation of the development of civil society.The development of volunteer service is the current situation of China and the inevitable requirement of social progress.Since the reform and opening up,the development of China's non-profit organizations has gradually been in line with international standards.Volunteer organizations,which are important members of non-profit organizations,have gradually developed and expanded with the help of the government departments of the Party committees and the international community in China,and have integrated into the overall situation of China's reform and development.Volunteer organizations The number and scale are expanding,the number of volunteers is doubling,volunteer service is accepted as a healthy and beneficial lifestyle for more and more citizens,and the development of volunteerism has received more and more attention from the country.Support,relevant laws and regulations are also constantly introduced.The voluntary service business in Nan'an began in 1990,and the volunteer organization gradually emerged,contributing to the diversified governance of the public service industry in Nan'an.However,under the influence of the objective environment,there are still some problems that have constrained the strides of voluntary organizations in Nan'an.To this end,this article is devoted to research.This paper uses literature analysis method,participatory observation method,interview method,comparative analysis method and other methods to conduct on-the-spot investigation and interviews on government departments and voluntary organizations involved in the development of voluntary organizations in Nan'an,and from basic conditions,organizational management,and social influences.Dimensions introduce the current situation of volunteer organizations in Nan'an,and sort out four problems in infrastructure,human resources,external cooperation,and cultural environment.The paper also focuses on the factors that influence the development of voluntary organizations and the solutions to overcome these difficulties.From the perspective of resource theory,this paper analyzes the four resource factors that affect the development of voluntary organizations in Nan'an,and sorts out the intrinsic links between resources such as property resources,human resources,relationship resources,and credibility resources and the development of volunteer organizations in Nan'an.The lack of resources affects the logic of the development of volunteer organizations in Nan'an.Finally,under the framework of the analysis of resource dependence theory,we try to propose a solution to the dilemma of voluntary organizations in Nanan,from the aspects of expanding the resources collection channels,optimizing the human resources strategy,establishing a new cooperative symbiotic relationship strategy,and improving the credibility resource strategy.specific measure.From the perspective of voluntary organizations,this paper fully emphasizes the importance of the voluntary initiative of voluntary organizations in the interaction and cooperation between voluntary organizations and external organizations,and dialectically respects the dependence of voluntary organizations with government departments,enterprise departments and other non-profit organizations.Analyze and propose specific communication and cooperation strategies.I hope to provide a useful reference for the healthy development of county-level voluntary organizations.
