| Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the aging process of China’s population has also ushered in a new change.The new era is a new journey,and the strategy of actively responding to the aging population has entered the stage of in-depth implementation.Since the founding of New China,and since China entered the aging society in 2000,China’s aging policy has continuously developed,and gradually formed a policy system to actively cope with population aging.In the report of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,it is clearly proposed to "implement the strategy of actively dealing with population aging".As the best solution to the problem of aging in China,actively dealing with population aging has risen to the national strategic height for the first time.In the new era and new journey,facing the historical task of building China into a great modern socialist country in an all-round way and realizing the second centenary Goal,implementing the strategy of actively responding to the aging population and solving the increasingly prominent problem of aging in China are of great significance to the historical task of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.At present,there are abundant researches on aging in the academic circle,but most of them focus on the development process of active aging view and related issues of active aging,and there are few researches on strategies to actively cope with population aging from a macro perspective.On the basis of referring to the existing research achievements of experts and scholars,this paper provides theoretical support for the implementation of the strategy of actively coping with the aging of the population in the new era by inheriting the theory of "all-round development of man" of the classic Marxist writers,Chinese traditional filial piety culture and the CPC’s thought on the aging work.Since the founding of new China,China’s aging policy has been developing continuously,and finally put forward the national strategy to actively cope with population aging.On the whole,the strategic advance of this work concept can be divided into four stages in general--the foundation of our country’s aging work system;Actively respond to the concept of population aging;Actively respond to the formation of the aging population policy system;The implementation of the national strategy to actively cope with the aging population.Although policy exploration at different stages has different characteristics and focuses,they are all the explorations and efforts made by the party and state in the field of system policy to solve the aging issue in our country,which sets up a policy framework for our country to cope with the aging population problem in the new era.In the process of actively coping with the implementation of the strategy of population aging,our country has Chinese characteristics in terms of political system and cultural deposits,which provide unique advantages for our country to actively cope with the implementation of the strategy of population aging.The implementation of the strategy of actively dealing with population aging brings opportunities to some extent to solve the aging problems of our country,but this strategy still faces some challenges in the implementation process,so we need to crack.Based on this,this paper puts forward the optimization path for China to actively respond to the population aging strategy.It improves the population strategy from three aspects: deepening the strategic cognition,widening the strategic field and improving the strategic implementation ability.It points out the direction for China to actively respond to the population aging strategy in the new era. |
