Research On The Execution Of Public Policy In China

Public policy is the basic mode by which the government manages the society,performs public functions,and achieves social governance.Public policy implementation is the process of implementing public policies and solving practical problems.It plays a very important role in public policies.The effects of public policy are often influenced by a series of complex factors,making the phenomenon of public policy result to failure,difficult policy implementation,and poor implementation highlighting the difference between public policy goals and implementation effects.These phenomena have become common problems in today's society,giving the economy and social development has caused a great negative impact.When Premier Li Keqiang made a report on government work,he emphasized that'"perseverance in diligence,performance,and credibility" emphasizes that the state has paid more and more attention to the implementation of public policies,and has also revealed that it is inmminent to improve the execution of government's public policies.This paper mainly studies the performance of public policy implementation as follows:(1)Using the system analysis method to study the constituent elements and characteristics of the government's execution force.(2)Using behavioral analysis methods to explore the intrinsic links between the influence of public policy executives on their causes of action and their level of government execution.(3)Apply institutional analysis methods to analyze the influencing factors in government execution from the perspective of institutional logic.(4)Using the implementation guidelines of the"National Five" Policy as an example to discuss issues,review case-related data,analyze issues that arise during the actual implementation of public policies,and the cause of the problems.Through the analysis of actual cases,and the reference to the successful experiences that can be used,seeking the way to improve the implementation capacity of public policies.
