| At present,the rapid progress of urbanization and the rapid development of economy and society have accelerated the pace of community construction,citizens’sense of sovereignty has also been enhanced accordingly,and residents’ participation in community governance has become increasingly rich,the path of participation is also gradually improving,but in the process of community environmental governance is still facing the reality of insufficient participation of residents,especially in the current s city civilization city to create this key node needs us to seriously summarize the reasons and find the crux behind the problem.Research results in many fields at home and abroad show that residents’ participation in community environmental governance plays an important role in the establishment of civilized cities,residents participate in the decision-making and implementation of community environmental governance through legal channels and procedures,and exchange views and cooperate with stakeholders to safeguard the public interest of community environmental governance,it is the key to realize the coordinated development of residents’ democratic participation and environmental governance.This study takes residents’ participation as the starting point,introduces a planned behavior theory that includes six variables:"participation cognition","participation attitude","subjective norms","perceived behavior control","social capital",and community identity".Through expanding and empirical analysis of this theory,a theoretical model of residents’ intention to participate in community environmental governance is obtained.After ensuring the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,a formal questionnaire survey was conducted among the community residents in s city,SPSS software was used to conduct a correlation,regression analysis and descriptive analysis of the collected questionnaire data,the results show that it is feasible to explain the dynamic mechanism of residents’ participation in community environmental governance by using the theory of extended planning behavior.Finally,according to the conclusion of the study,the author puts forward five measures:to cultivate residents’participation cognition,to enhance residents’ participation motivation,to enhance residents’ trust and norms,to enhance residents’ participation ability,and to broaden residents’ participation channels,to mobilize the enthusiasm of residents to participate in community environmental governance,so as to solve the current plight of residents in community environmental governance,provide some experience for reference. |
